The spa manager was looking for ways to reduce paper usage while trying to implement more digital-based record keeping.

Creating A Custom Solution

I created an electronic version of the Facial Client Consultation Form. The form has questions that collect all the relevant information the esthetician needs to select the appropriate products to provide a custom facial. The facial client can answer questions by completing different fields, including checklists and short-answer prompts. The client must also complete the required fields before their application can be submitted. For example, whether they have allergies or not, as it would be imperative for the therapist to find alternative products.

Instant Results

The spa owner noticed an increase in the number of forms being completed before the appointment because it was easy for clients to complete and submit them from their cellular phones. The esthetician had the chance to go over their client’s information before the appointment, giving them plenty of time to select the products needed for their client’s custom facial. The form also saved all the submitted responses to a Google Sheet, giving the spa owner with the ability to keep digital client records. It also enabled them to search and access any past client records easily.
